HR is required to any kind of organization, because it will be like lader to the all functions of the company, maintain cordial and smooth

I am intrested to job with more responsibility and I am very ready to take challanges with use my skills and experiances which i have in

Nothing irritates me, Every individual is different. Everybody has negative as well as positive points. If u look at things from their angle,
things would seem more clear and analytical.

Make sure you present in a way that you had lot of learnings to do from your boss both professionally and personally.
He should give positive feedback, tactful criticism and freedom to implement your ideas.

Ideal job is the one which gives me a proud feeling doing my job. Apart from that also gives me the money and respect I deserve

Confidence is when you know you can do a work, over-confidence is when you think only you can the work.

Working in a team is nice and beneficial because you get a chance to share your knowledge with others and also learn from others both
professionally and personally, though I do not mind an individual contribution to the organization also.

No, I am not the type of person who sit idle and do nothing, I would like to continue working but I can think of other option of sharing
my knowlewdge with others/freshers.

The person who is negligible and dishonest to the work, and who will always be an obstacle to the others in the company.

Answer:
The College of Engineering at ABC has exceeded my expectations by providing group activities, career resources, individual attention,
and professors with genuine interest in teaching.My major has met my expectations by about 90%. I would have enjoyed more choices in
environmental courses, and would have preferred more calculus-based learning.

Answer:
I chose this college for the following reasons: my budget limited me to in-state schools, the ABC web site impressed me, I saw active
student groups, and the people were very friendly.
Question.14) What contributions could you make in this organization that would help you to stand out from other applicants?
Answer:
In previous internships, my industriousness and ability to teach myself have been valuable assets to the company. My self-learning abilities
will minimize overhead costs, and my industriousness at targeting needs without prompting will set me apart from others. Additionally, one thing that
has always set me apart from my scientific/engineering peers is my broad interests and strong writing abilities. I am also always open to present my
view points on any topic and ready to take any feedback for the betterment.
